performing regular operation like with real numbers don't really work here.
see, let us express the equation again.
1/i = i because i = sqrt (1/-1) = sqrt(1)/sqrt(-1)???

sqrt (a/b) = sqrt a/ sqrt b if and only when a,b = R where R is a real number: jissuu
therefore you can't do the operation, and thus this statement is bogus.

これの間違いは、√-1=√1/√-1のところ。
√-1にｉを代入すると、ｉ=1/ｉ，ｉ2=1となり、
本当はｉ2=-1なので、これは正しくない。
